The staff provided drinks upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the room was clean, and the opera house view was great. i found the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. It was quite varied. the hotel location is convenient near the train, tram and ferry.
the hotel rooms need updating. the decor is outdated. the shower door did not close properly.

The location is convenient to many attractions and restaurants. I found the staff to be super friendly and cute. I was greeted getting out of the car, as the door opened. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of food. The breakfast area is spacious and beautifully decorated (I especially liked the flower arrangements).
The elevators were sometimes busy.

The staff offered water upon arrival, welcome due to the heat. They even offered an umbrella when it rained. The team's attentiveness was amazing, including the manager who addressed our request to change rooms.

The gym was amazing and well equipped. Wi-Fi service was complimentary so I was able to cast Netflix from my device to the TV. There are three restaurants available. The location is a short walk to the Opera House and the Botanical Garden.

The hotel's location worked really well for visiting major attractions. the hotel staff are very friendly. i received an early check in. the buffet breakfast offered a great selection of food. It was amazing. i will stay here again.
The city view was not the best. It looked onto a nearby roof. i found this slightly disappointing.

i found the location convenient. it offered easy access to circular quay and nearby attractions. i especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay.
the elevators were occasionally slow, leading to some waiting time during peak hours. this was a minor inconvenience but could be improved to enhance guest experience. i also would have appreciated more readily available outlets near the bed.

the location was acceptable, it was close to transport.
the bathroom felt very outdated and the floor drain was oddly placed right in front of the toilet, i did not like it. there were no outlets on my side of the bed, so i had to charge my phone on the floor. it wasn't what i expect.
